What is "health"?
Wikipedia says, "Health is a state of physical, mental, and social well-being in which disease and infirmity are absent." You may have a different definition of "health". I think it is ok with it. No matter what your "health" is, you have come to this site because you need to change. You need to work on your mindset more than working out. "The Right Pick Health" is here to help you but I don't think I can help 7.8 billion people on this planet. People have different needs. I am passionate about teaching my clients to be interested in their own body and get to know more about it.
If you want to lose 20 pounds in a month, please find somebody else. I don't have magic pills to help you achieve it. I want to work with someone who doesn't look for a quick fix. If you think it is time to face your real challenge, let's work together! Once you realize there is no quick fix or one-fit-all-approach, you make a huge step. There is the best way for you to feel healthy. you have not just found it, yet.
Based on my own experiences...

and with my clients, I understand how important for you to know about your own body very well. You start a session with some range of motion enhancement exercises by working on fascias, joints and nueroscience. Once you have better range of motions, you move your body a little more vigorously. You will be able to find the right amount of movement for your body. Neither too much nor too little. We do yoga movements, body weight exercises, training with some quipments depending on your level.

I want to work with clients who are ready for a long term commitment to themselves. You and I will find the most sustainable way to acheive your goals. Don't be apathetic for your own body and health. You need to work on it day in and day out. Every body is different.
I can't fix you but you can. Connect and align with your own body. Then, your body will be balanced and harmonious. I am here to help you find the best YOU!
